INTEX iTab 8" Android Tablet India | INTEX iTab Tablet Released in India at Price 11,900

India is in the midst of tablet craze as more and more slates are being released in the country each month. Not only do these tablets cheaper in price, they also come with really impressive specifications albeit most of them have never been heard of before. Nevertheless, these tablets really make a difference in the country where technology is starting to ascent every single year.
INTEX iTab 8" Android Tablet India
India has been one of the few places where technology grows every day. And as the government seeks to help out students break the gap between knowledge and ignorance through technology, tablets like Intex iTab are a great tool to demonstrate the power of knowledge in such a way that people can easily understand.

The 8-inch iTab is actually the first ever tablet Intex released and the company believes this is just a beginning for them. In fact, it is such a great start for them as their iTab is welcomed warmly by the people.

Intex iTab Specifications:
Let’s try to go a little deeper into the heart of iTab. It’s 1GHz cortex A8 core processor is as powerful as it can get when it comes to powering this slate up. The CPU is more than enough to keep this tablet a little impressive when it comes to responsiveness and usability. It’s 8GB internal storage is just enough to keep necessary files intact within the iTab but if you think this is as far as the device can go, you’re wrong because the storage is expandable up to 32GB.

After hearing about Zync Z990 Ice Cream Sandwich I was expecting this slate to come in hot packed with Android 4.0 ICS but I was wrong. It boots up the system with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is I think not bad at all considering in due course it will be upgraded to a better OS.

Intex 8″ iTab seemed to have gone a little over the top but in a good way, though. This device carries Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint viewers making is easier for you to read documents in these formats. Of course, Adobe Reader and Android Market come pre-loaded as well as the world’s most popular games of our time—Angry Birds!

Being given 5000 mAh battery pack, Intext iTab can actually work for 5 to 6 hours continuously with all services turned on. What’s more amazing than that is the fact you’ll get an introductory bundle. So for the price of Rs. 11,900 ($238 US), you will get complementary items like INTEX 3G data card, exclusive leather cover, a LAN adaptor and a pair of Reebook sunglasses. Can you believe that?

Intext iTab 8″ tablet has been made available to 15,000 distributors nationwide as well as 70 Intex Squares. If you’re wondering if it’s available in local electronics stores, well, there’s high probability as Intex is looking for really high sales projection considering this is its entry to the Android tablet market.

Motorola Atrix 2 Android Smartphone Launched in India

Motorola Atrix 2 priced at 22,990, seems to be a very reasonably priced high-end Android handset with equally appealing specification.

Motorola Atrix 2 is now available in India for Rs 22,990. Though it does not have the best of specifications amongst high end smartphones, but it certainly offers the best for the price.

Motorola Atrix 2 comes with a 4.3-inch qHD display with a resolution of 540×960, 1 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded to 32GB, 8 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera as well. The phone is based on Android 2.3 OS.

Atrix 2 is also compatible with Motorola's lapdock, which is a laptop shaped docking station that has its own battery and screen but uses phones processing power to deliver laptop like experience. Currently this docking station is not available in India, however with the launch of two compatible devices (Motorola RAZR and Atrix 2) in India, we can expect the lapdock to come to our country very soon.

The well designed Motorola Atrix 2 comes preloaded with EA games. At Rs 22,990, this phone is priced in the close vicinity of phones like HTC Desire HD, HTC Radar (Windows Phone), Blackberry Bold 9780, and Samsung Galaxy R.

In terms of Android based phones, there are very few phones that are priced near the Atrix 2, and in comparison to all the above mentioned handsets, Atrix has slightly better specifications and features. Thus it will be a good buy for people looking at an Android smartphone below Rs 25,000.
